Delivery times – when can I expect to receive my order?
We focus on getting your order to you as quickly as possible. The shipping times shown on our website are estimates – 95% of orders are delivered within the stated timeframe.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (from order placement to shipment)
- Shipping time: 3–5 business days (from shipment to delivery)
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive tracking details. Each parcel in a multi‑item order has its own tracking link, so you can follow every step of the way.
Shipping destination
We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states, excluding P.O. boxes and military addresses).
How much is the shipping fee?
Standard shipping: $6.99 for orders under $39.99.
Free shipping: On orders of $39.99 or more (after discounts, excluding taxes).
Apartments and condos
We cannot guarantee door‑to‑door delivery for apartments or condos, especially in larger buildings. In most cases, couriers will deliver as close to your door as possible. However, they may leave your order in a lobby, reception area, or mail room if it is considered safe.
If the courier cannot find a safe place to leave your delivery, they will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or pickup, or contact you directly.
Sales tax (USA)
Depending on your state, your purchase may be subject to sales tax. ZEUKMXOO is not responsible for any sales tax filings or additional taxes owed.
